First Embrace. The title of one of my favorite little quilts. This technique was a first attempt at something even less traditional than what I had found myself doing again, and more a reflection of my true self.
Hopefully that is what this blog will be. A place where I can express all of my true self. She has gotten sidelined while I was busy trying to please others and be what I think they want me to be. And in reality, people want me to be me and be happy being me.
So, a safe place to be all the creative, funny, sad, joyous, sometimes snarky sides of me, cool.
